I design and facilitate programs specifically for managers, supervisors, and senior leaders to help them build the skills that matter most—coaching and developing their teams, leading with influence, communicating through challenge and change, and applying emotional intelligence to everyday leadership. I provide and guide the use of powerful assessment tools that help individuals and teams gain greater self-awareness and insight. This includes the suite of tools from Wiley Publishing—such as DiSC, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and Productive Conflict—as well as other instruments like EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, and customized 360-degree feedback tools. These assessments can stand alone or be integrated into workshops and coaching engagements to deepen learning and development impact.
