I’m Shawn Devine, a leadership development consultant and facilitator who’s spent my career helping organizations strengthen how their people lead, communicate, and collaborate. Through my company, Devine Learning Solutions LLC, I work directly with my own clients and also partner with organizations like Loeb Leadership, Accelerated Leadership Group, The Training Edge, and P2Excellence to design and deliver learning experiences that truly make a difference. These collaborations have allowed me to work with leaders and teams in healthcare, higher education, legal and professional services, pharmaceuticals, engineering, agriculture, and the non-profit world—each bringing its own challenges and rewards. And each adding to my own knowledge and experience.

The core of my work focuses on leadership development, coaching, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics, along with the use of psychometric and assessment tools to help leaders and individual contributors understand themselves and others more deeply. Everything I design is grounded in the principles of adult learning, self-awareness, and real-world application—because the best learning doesn’t stay in the classroom, it shows up in how we lead every day.
